Mission Statement

• Staff will provide a happy and safe learning environment supported by adults who will engage with the children in a purposeful, meaningful and joyful way.
• We will create an exciting and warm learning environment both inside and out that encourages children to take risks, problem solve and experience success.
• Staff will model respectful, caring and kind relationships with each other, enabling children to replicate these behaviours and qualities in their play with peers.
• We will support parents in engaging with their children’s learning through effective communication, working in partnership and providing opportunities to be involved in their child’s learning journey.
• Staff will foster opportunities to help children to persevere, practice acceptance, handle disappointment, believe in themselves and celebrate in others’ achievements.
